Headquartered in Barbados, GEMRAC Consulting + Management is a dynamic and forward-thinking international firm specializing in strategic investments, commodities trading, real estate development, technology, and infrastructure. Since its inception, the Company has been committed to driving innovation, fostering sustainable growth, and creating value across diverse sectors and markets.


Building on our global experience and vision, GEMRAC Consulting + Management is expanding into East Africa through the establishment of a regional arm — GEMRAC Consulting + Management Corp East Africa (GEMRAC EA). The East African operations will be headquartered in Uganda, where the company will serve as the primary operational and investment hub for the region.


Our Expansion into East Africa

GEMRAC EA will be incorporated and registered in accordance with the Companies Act of Uganda, under the authorization of the parent company in Barbados. This expansion underscores our commitment to long-term investment in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions, leveraging East Africa’s strategic position, resource potential, and economic dynamism.


Our Core Business Objectives

GEMRAC Consulting + Management Corp East Africa will pursue a diversified portfolio of ventures designed to promote economic progress and sustainable development across the region. Key areas of focus include:

  • Commodities Trading & Investment : Trading, procurement, and logistics in commodities, with emphasis on precious metals (gold, silver, platinum group metals) and rare earth minerals.
  • Real Estate Investment & Development: Acquisition, development, and management of urban, luxury residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Technology & Digital Innovation: Advancement of technology-based ventures, including hardware and software solutions, digital infrastructure, innovation hubs, and emerging technologies supporting modernization.
  • Transportation & Aviation: Development of aviation and logistics enterprises, including air cargo operations, aviation support services, and related infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure & Renewable Energy:  Investment in renewable energy projects, construction, utilities, and public-private partnerships that enhance regional infrastructure.
